Whitepaper - Could customer protection enable the energy transition?

Delta-EE’s Customer Transition Framework was originally formulated in 2019 and describes a journey that begins with suppliers aiming to engage their customers in a constructive dialogue, and ends with a collaboration with them, to help them navigate their personal transition from old to new energy.

This whitepaper proposes a slight modification to this idea, in light of the 2022 energy crisis. The framework remains intact, but a new emphasis is now placed on protecting customers.

Our thesis now is that customer protection will become an enabler of the transition.
