Case studies
Telcos and Energy
A major European telco wanted to understand opportunities in the energy sector; a utility wanted to explore opportunities to collaborate with telcos. Delta-EE organised and ran a collaborative workshop to help each company better understand the opportunity.
Due Diligence
A private equity firm commissioned Delta-EE to carry out due diligence for a further funding round in a smart grid company. Delta-EE’s research and analysis gave the firm sufficient confidence to invest in the funding round.
A private client wanted to understand the value of flexibility and explore the opportunities for them to maximise their capacity for flexibility, with what asset – this was taken forward into their business plan.
Market Analysis
The advisors for a sale of a leading distributed energy company commissioned Delta-ee to provide independent research and analysis of the market for the company’s product. The advisors successfully sold the business to a major utility company.
We held a workshop for a telco and energy supplier, to help them establish ways they could work together to reach new customers and understand the opportunities in the ‘Home Life as a Service’ future.
