Jon has 16 years’ experience engaging consumers and distributed assets in energy markets. He spent 12 years managing a €1bn wholesale trading book on behalf of C&I consumers, working with retailers to develop new contracts enabling market access for smaller consumers and was also responsible for delivery of market intelligence, procurement and bill validation. This breadth of responsibilities, anchored in wholesale energy trading, gave Jon a unique insight into the interactions between markets and policy, and a detailed understanding of the cost structures of the energy system.
Jon was a member of the Power Responsive forum, representing the TPI sector, and is a member of the UK ISGAN team. Jon has also worked on local energy markets including a p2p curtailment market on Orkney, demand response optimisation in South Korea, and oversaw market design for the PFER Smart Local Energy System detailed design for a Regional Energy System Operator. He is a frequent commentator on the energy industry, and a regular speaker at industry events.
Lodovica joined Delta-EE in 2020 to work across the Local Energy Systems and support other services. She brings in her technical knowledge of RES combined with a broad understanding of European energy markets and energy policies. She has previously worked in capacity building in R&D sector for higher educational institutions in the field of climate change under the frame of a European funded project with focus on the South-East Asia region. Lodovica is supporting research delivery by conducting primary and secondary research with a wide range of industry stakeholders.
Lodovica holds an MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management from the University of Freiburg (DE) and a BA in Energy Engineering from “La Sapienza”, University of Rome (IT).
Zuoxiang joined Delta-EE’s Paris office in 2019. He supports both Energy Insights + and Connected Home services. Before joining Delta-EE, Zuoxiang had 3 years’ experience in laboratory in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, focusing on advanced energy storage technology. He also worked on market research for microgrids at Total.
Zuoxiang holds an Engineering degree in Energy Networks from CentraleSupélec and a double Master’s degree in Energy Engineering and Physics from University of Paris-Saclay.
Alix joined Delta-EE’s Paris Office in 2019 to work in the New Energy Business Models and Connected Home Services. She supports Delta-EE’s customers by delivering technical researches, strategy analyses and market insights.
Alix holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Future from Imperial College London and a BEng of Mechanical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal.
Lucinda joined Delta-EE in 2019 to work across the Local Energy Systems, Flexibility and Storage services. She brings expertise in transitioning towards subsidy-free local energy systems having completed her masters dissertation on the topic. Lucinda is supporting research delivery by conducting primary and secondary research with a wide range of industry stakeholders.
Lucinda holds an MSc in Carbon Management (distinction) from the University of Edinburgh and a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Exeter.
Tessa Clark joined Delta-EE in 2019. She is a Principal Analyst in the Consulting team and leads the delivery side of the team. Tessa works across a broad spectrum of new energy areas and has led consulting assignments for policy clients, energy suppliers, gas and electricity network operators, and energy associations. She has over ten years’ experience in the energy sector in research, consulting and management roles and is an experienced project manager.
Prior to joining Delta-EE, Tessa managed the Scottish Home Renewables programme at the Energy Saving Trust and six years managing research projects at environmental charity Changeworks.
Tessa holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography and MSc in Ecological Economics, both from the University of Edinburgh. She holds an APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ).
