| Sytze Dijkstra Joins Delta as a Consultant |

Before joining Delta, Sytze was Research Director at the World Alliance for Decentralised Energy where his particular focus was on modelling the economic impacts of DE development. While at WADE, Sytze also took responsibility for WADE's work in relation to the DE and the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), and contributed to WADE's other research on worldwide DE market and policy development.
